BudgetClan is a family finance mobile app for Android and iOS. It combines allowance management, photo-proof chore tracking, kids savings goals, a reward store, and a sibling leaderboard in one shared platform. Parents stay in full control while kids learn real money skills.

No. BudgetClan is an educational family ledger and does not hold, receive, or transfer money. Parents provide cash or rewards outside the app.

No bank account or payment-card connection is required to use BudgetClan's allowance, chore, savings, and reward tracking features.

The Parent Clan Admin can request account deletion from App Settings. The account enters a seven-day grace period before permanent deletion processing begins.

The planned Free tier may show non-personalised ads. Planned paid tiers are ad-free, and children's data is not used for personalised advertising.

Chore-proof photos remain inside the family Clan while needed for the chore and can be removed by the parent.

Kids take a photo of the completed chore directly in the app. The parent reviews the photo to confirm the specific task was genuinely completed. Only then is the reward credited to the child's wallet. No more "I cleaned my room" arguments — the photo is the proof.

Kids use a 4-digit PIN and Family Code instead of creating an email account. Parents manage child profiles, approvals, and spending records and can freeze spending at any time.

BudgetClan supports children aged 6 to 15. When adding a child you select an age band (6–8, 9–11, 12–14, 15+) which customizes their dashboard experience. The app is designed so even a 6-year-old can navigate it independently.

Current pre-launch plans include Free, Pro Clan at $2.99 per month, and Family Clan at $4.99 per month. Features and prices may change before public release.
